We will be partnering with Club Marriott to bring to you a 4 day culinary journey giving you the chance to experience the iconic Gold Coast Seafood Buffet with a twist, showcasing the colorful cuisine of Indonesia. If the menu is anything to go by, this is going to be one delicious affair!
Helmed by Chef Taufik from 5-star The Laguna, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Nusa Dua, this event will feature authentic Indonesian flavours and dishes using fresh regional ingredients. Some of Taufiks signature dishes include Kalio Udang; braised prawn in turmeric, ginger and garlic sauce and Ayam Kecap; sauteed chicken with leek, onion, red chilli and sweet soy sauce.
