Christopher Dodds
With over 20 years of culinary experience, Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Gold Coast's Executive Chef, Christopher Dodds brings Terraces Seafood Buffet to new heights, as well as offering an a la carte dining experience. Beginning his culinary career in Tropical North Queensland, Chris has established himself as a renowned Executive Chef heading multiple luxury hotel restaurants across Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
Returning to his home state of Queensland in 2019, Chris works with a wide range of local suppliers to provide the freshest seafood for our guests and also offers a wide range of international dishes highlighting seasonal produce to ensure an a la carte dining experience in the Gold Coast, Australia.
