With over 20 years of culinary experience, Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Gold Coast's Executive Chef, Christopher Dodds brings Terraces Seafood Buffet to new heights, as well as offering an a la carte dining experience in the Gold Coast. Beginning his culinary career in Tropical North Queensland, Chris has established himself as a renowned Executive Chef heading multiple luxury hotel restaurants across Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
Returning to his home state of Queensland in 2019, Chris works with a wide range of local suppliers to provide the freshest seafood for our guests and also offers a wide range of international dishes highlighting seasonal produce to ensure an a la carte dining experience in the Gold Coast, Australia.
