Perfectly suited to relaxed weekend dining, the long lunch can be elevated with optional free‑flowing beverage upgrades, making it an ideal choice for leisurely afternoons, celebrations and social gatherings.

The menu celebrates fresh, seasonal ingredients with starters including warming seafood chowder, zesty tuna tataki and classic beef carpaccio. For mains, guests can choose from pan‑seared barramundi, wagyu striploin, kakuni braised pork belly or a rich porcini mushroom risotto, before finishing with a selection of indulgent desserts, including the much‑loved vanilla bean crème brûlée.
