Indian Infusion Month
In addition to our everyday favourites, for the month of March you'll be able to tickle your palette via themed sections of our buffet dedicated to celebrating Indian cuisine.
Carefully curated by our Executive Sous Chef, Grenal Godhino, the menu will transport you to different regions within India, featuring delights like Seafood Biryani, Andhra Tawa Fish Fry, Lamb Yakhan and much more! These delectable creations will be complemented by live station Indian dishes and a sweet finale with traditional Indian sweets.

Sip, Savour & Soirée - Long Brunch Event
