Perfectly suited to relaxed weekend dining, the long lunch can be elevated with optional free‑flowing beverage upgrades, making it an ideal choice for leisurely afternoons, celebrations and social gatherings.

Taking place on Saturday, 14 February 2026, the Valentine's Dinner Buffet sets the scene for a memorable celebration, featuring a glass of sparkling wine on arrival and a curated gift from Moss & Stone for every guest.

Indulge in Terraces' signature seafood bar, showcasing freshly shucked Pacific oysters, king prawns, snow crab, Balmain bugs, sashimi and sushi, alongside artisan breads, gourmet cheeses and vibrant seasonal salads. The lavish hot buffet will present a refined selection of dishes including steamed whole fish and a traditional carvery featuring porchetta and succulent roast lamb.

Finish the evening on a sweet note with a tempting selection of house‑made desserts, featuring cloud‑light pavlova, velvety tiramisu and silky crème brûlée, alongside jewel‑like strawberry tarts, golden churros and a decadent ice‑cream station.
